Genuine SINOTRUK Q32006 High-Strength Hexagon Flange Nut - Grade 8.8 Heavy-Duty Fastener

This Genuine SINOTRUK Hexagon Flange Nut (Part Number: Q32006) is a premium quality fastener engineered for critical applications in SINOTRUK heavy-duty trucks. Manufactured from grade 8.8 carbon steel through cold forging process, this flange nut provides exceptional clamping force and vibration resistance in engine assemblies, chassis components, and suspension systems. The integrated flange base distributes pressure evenly, eliminating the need for separate washers while preventing loosening under extreme operating conditions. With its electro-zinc plated surface treatment, this nut offers superior corrosion protection and maintains reliable performance in harsh environments. Precision-machined threads ensure perfect engagement with matching bolts, meeting original equipment specifications for durability and safety.

Installation Notes:

  1. Clean bolt threads and contact surfaces thoroughly before installation to ensure proper torque values

  2. Apply mild anti-seize compound to threads for high-temperature applications to prevent galling

  3. Use a calibrated torque wrench with 18mm socket for accurate tightening

  4. Tighten in gradual stages following recommended torque sequence when multiple nuts are used

  5. For critical safety applications, use thread locking compound as specified in service manual

  6. Do not reuse nuts in suspension or braking systems due to risk of fatigue failure

  7. Inspect for thread damage or corrosion before installation - replace if defects are visible

  8. Check torque values after 500-800 km of operation and retighten if necessary

  9. Store in dry environment to prevent pre-installation corrosion
