Genuine SINOTRUK Q340B10 High-Strength Hexagon Nut - Grade 10 Precision Fastener

This Genuine SINOTRUK Hexagon Nut (Part Number: Q340B10) is a high-strength, precision-engineered fastener designed for critical applications in SINOTRUK heavy-duty trucks. Manufactured from grade 10 alloy steel through cold forging processes, this hex nut offers exceptional tensile strength (up to 1,040 MPa) and reliable clamping force in engine assemblies, chassis systems, and structural connections. The nut features a black oxide coating for corrosion resistance and reduced friction during installation. Its hexagonal design allows for easy tightening with standard wrenches or sockets, ensuring secure fastening even under extreme vibration and stress. OEM-approved for durability, this nut meets strict SINOTRUK quality standards for performance and longevity.

Installation Notes:

  1. Ensure threaded bolts or studs are clean and free of debris. Use a wire brush to remove rust or dirt if necessary.

  2. Apply a mild anti-seize compound (e.g., copper-based) to threads for high-temperature applications to prevent galling.

  3. Use a calibrated torque wrench and a 19mm socket to tighten the nut gradually to the recommended torque value (100-110 Nm for M12 threads).

  4. Follow a criss-cross tightening pattern when multiple nuts are involved to ensure even pressure distribution.

  5. Do not reuse nuts in safety-critical assemblies (e.g., braking systems) due to risk of fatigue failure.

  6. Inspect nuts for wear or deformation before installation. Replace if defects are visible.

  7. Store in a dry environment to prevent pre-installation corrosion.
