Installation Notes

1. Turn off the vehicle engine completely and wait for the engine and cooling system to cool down fully before installation to avoid scalding and fluid splashing.
2. Drain residual coolant from the pipeline and clean all connecting ports thoroughly to remove dirt, scale and old sealant.
3. Align the MT07 booster with the mounting base accurately, then fasten all fixing bolts evenly with a torque wrench. Do not over-tighten to prevent component damage.
4. Reconnect the liquid cooling pipelines firmly, and check all pipe joints to ensure no loose connections.
5. Refill qualified coolant to the standard level, then start the engine and run at idle speed for 5-8 minutes.
6. Observe the booster and cooling system closely. Check for oil leakage, coolant seepage and abnormal noise.
7. Carry out a road test under full load. If any malfunction or leakage occurs, stop the truck and troubleshoot immediately.
8. Inspect cooling lines and booster connections regularly during daily maintenance. Replace worn parts in a timely manner.
