Genuine SINOTRUK HOWO 371 Turbo Oil Return Gasket – Part No. 080V96601-0576

This is a genuine SINOTRUK gasket (OEM No. 080V96601-0576), designed as the turbocharger oil return flange gasket for HOWO 371 dump trucks fitted with WD615 series and MC07 diesel engines. It's manufactured to original factory tolerances from high-temperature resistant reinforced graphite-composite material to prevent oil seepage under continuous heavy-load operation.

Installation Notes
Allow the engine to cool completely before removing the old gasket.
Clean both mating surfaces (turbo oil return flange and cylinder block port) thoroughly — remove all old gasket debris and oil residue.
Position the new 080V96601-0576 gasket squarely between the flange faces; do not apply additional sealant unless specified by SINOTRUK workshop manual.
Torque mounting bolts evenly in a criss-cross pattern to the factory-recommended specification (typically 18–22 N·m for M8 flange bolts — verify with your service manual).
After reassembly, start the engine and inspect for oil weeping after 5 minutes of idle warm-up.
