This genuine SINOTRUK stabilizer bar bush (OEM No. AZ1238010002A) is the factory-spec rubber cushion for the front anti-roll (stabilizer) bar on HOWO 371 dump trucks with a 6×4 rigid chassis and WD615 series engine. Installation Notes

  • Raise the front axle and secure the truck on jack stands; never work under a vehicle supported only by a hydraulic jack.
  • Loosen the stabilizer bar clamp bolts and swing the clamp away — donotpry the old bush out aggressively to avoid scratching the bar surface.
  • Clean the stabilizer bar and inside of the clamp bracket with degreaser; light rust can be removed with emery cloth.
  • Install the new AZ1238010002A bushing with its split facingaway from the frame rail(check SINOTRUK workshop manualfor orientation on your specific axle year).
  • Reinstall the U-clamp and tighten bolts to the recommended torque (typically 45–60 N·m for M12/M14 stabilizer clamp bolts — verify with your service manual), tightening evenly from the center outward.
  • Bounce the suspension a few times by hand, then re-check bolt torque after the first 500 km of operation.
  • Replace bushes inpairs (left & right)to maintain balanced handling.
