How to Install Oil Filler Pipe Assembly 082V01810-0102: 

1. Locate Installation Area: Find the original oil filler pipe on the left side of the engine valve cover or cylinder head. 

2. Remove Old Assembly: Unscrew mounting bolts and disconnect any attached vent hoses carefully. 

3. Clean Mounting Surface: Remove dirt, grease, or old gasket residue from the valve cover flange. 

4. Check New Gasket: Ensure the included sealing gasket is properly seated on the new pipe’s base. 

5. Position New Pipe: Align the new oil filler pipe assembly and secure it using four M6 bolts. 

6. Torque Specification: Tighten evenly in cross pattern to 8–10 Nm to avoid warping. 

7. Reconnect Vent Hose: Attach the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) hose to the designated port. 

8. Test for Leaks: After engine restart, check around the base and connections during idle operation. 

9. Label & Document: Mark replacement date and part number for future maintenance tracking.
