Installation Notes
1. Cooling: Let engine cool for minimum 60 mins post shutdown; hot EGR manifold causes burns.
2. Clamps & Gaskets: Fit new V-band clamps and gaskets with new bellows. Old worn parts cause exhaust leaks and lower turbo performance.
3. Alignment: Mount bellows without torsion/twist. Twisted bellows crack easily from vibration.
4. Torque: Fasten bolts to MAN standard 25-30 Nm for tight sealing and thread protection.
