OEM 082V09100-7586 Turbocharger | Sinotruk Parts for HOWO T5G, T7H & TX Trucks

The 082V09100-7586 Turbocharger is the WF70P-series unit that keeps Sinotruk's MC07 and MT07 engines breathing under real working loads. This isn't a universal aftermarket turbo that "kind of fits" — it's the exact replacement spec'd by Sinotruk and MAN for the D0836 Euro 4 platform, and if you're running a HOWO T5G, T7H, or TX with the 6.87L inline-six under the hood, this is the part number that belongs there.

Installation Notes

Installing a turbo isn't brain surgery, but there are details that separate a proper job from a comeback:
  1. Drain the oil and coolant first. You'll be disconnecting oil feed lines and possibly coolant lines depending on the specific MC07 variant. Have pans ready.
  2. Inspect the intake tract. If the old turbo failed catastrophically, pieces of compressor wheel could be sitting in the intercooler or intake manifold. Blow it out with compressed air before you bolt the new one on.
  3. Replace the oil feed line and gaskets. Old lines have debris from the previous turbo. A restricted feed line will starve the new bearings and kill the turbo in the first thousand miles.
  4. Prime the turbo before startup. Disconnect the fuel injectors and crank the engine until you see oil at the turbo feed port. Then reconnect and start normally.
  5. Check boost pressure after installation. Use a scan tool or mechanical gauge to verify the new turbo is hitting target boost under load. If it's low, check for intake leaks before you blame the turbo.
