Preparation:‌
Verify replacement necessity with micrometer measurement (replace if ID >85.05mm)
Freeze new bush at -20°C for 2 hours before installation
Removal:‌
Use hydraulic press (10-12 ton force) with brass drift
Never hammer directly on bearing surface
Installation:‌
Alarge oil groove with crankshaft lubrication port (clocked at 45°)
Press fit with controlled force (max 0.05mm deformation)
Check bore roundness (max 0.01mm deviation)
Torque Sequence:‌
Connecting rod cap bolts:
Stage 1: 120Nm ±5Nm
